Rajiv is a former CTO who spent his operating career building and leading engineering, product and data teams through several stages of growth — from early-stage scale-up to enterprise. He moved into search because he grew tired of watching good technology organisations hire the wrong leaders on the strength of a keyword-matched CV.
At Garrick Talent he leads the Technology & Digital practice, working with scale-ups and established enterprises alike on their most important engineering, product and data leadership appointments. Because he has held the role himself, he can assess technical leaders on the things that actually matter — how they build teams, make architectural trade-offs, and carry an organisation through change.
