Yes — completely. We are paid by the employers who engage us. Candidates never pay a penny, for placement, introductions or career coaching. If anyone claiming to be from Garrick Talent asks you for money, it is not us.
Nothing without your explicit permission. We discuss any role with you first, brief you fully, and only send your details to an employer once you have said yes to that specific opportunity. Your CV is never uploaded to a database that clients browse.
A senior consultant will usually be in touch within one working day of your first message. Our median time from a candidate being shortlisted to a signed offer is around 28 days, though it varies by role and by how active your search is.
We specialise in six white-collar areas: Finance & Banking, Technology & Digital, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Legal, Sales & Marketing, and Executive & Board. We place managers, directors and senior professionals — we do not cover industrial or blue-collar roles.
