This statement is made in line with the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps Howard HR Consulting Ltd, trading as Garrick Talent, takes to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.

Garrick Talent is a UK recruitment and executive search firm placing professional and management candidates with employers across the United Kingdom.

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.
Our steps
- Verifying the right to work of every candidate we represent.
- Ensuring candidates are never charged fees for work-finding services.
- Due diligence on clients and suppliers.
- Training our consultants to recognise and report the signs of exploitation.
Approval
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 March 2026. It was approved by the board of Howard HR Consulting Ltd on 12 May 2026.
